2020 OSHA Oil and Gas Safety and Health Conference
After a great deal of thoughtful consideration and review of the market, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the 2020 OSHA Oil and Gas Safety and Health Conference. The new conference dates will be Tuesday, December 14 – Wednesday, December 15, 2021 and the location will remain the same at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, Houston, Texas.


Event Registration

Why are you rescheduling the 2020 OSHA Oil and Gas Safety and Health Conference to December 2021?
The current state of the industry and other current health concerns dictated our decision to reschedule the conference.

What if I already registered and submitted payment for the 2020 conference?
No action is required on your part. All conference registration information, including registration fees, will carry over to 2021.

Will the conference be held at the same location?
Yes, the 2021 conference will be held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, Houston, Texas.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
The conference has a no refund policy; however, substitutions are permitted. You may transfer your conference registration to another person. Please note that all transfer requests must be received by November 6, 2021. For questions about transfers, please contact us at oshasafetyconference@uta.edu.


Travel and Accommodations

I have booked hotel accommodations using the conference rate at the Marriot Marquis for the 2020 conference. Should I cancel my reservation?
No action is required on your part. The hotel will cancel your reservation and send you a confirmation of cancellation.

I have booked hotel accommodations outside of the conference room block. How do I cancel my reservation?
If you reserved outside the conference room block, you will be responsible for cancelling your own reservation.

I plan to attend the conference in 2021 and I would like to reserve my hotel accommodations.
We will publish the new hotel reservation link in the near future on oshasafetyconfernece.org.


Event Sponsors

I am a confirmed sponsor for the 2020 conference. What action do I need to take?
No action is required on your part. Your sponsorship fees will transfer over to the 2021 conference. You will receive an email confirming your sponsorship details.

Will the sponsorship benefits change for the 2021 conference?
No, your 2020 sponsorship benefits will be honored for the 2021 conference.

Do I need to submit my company logo for the 2021 conference website?
We will publish the logo that was provided for the 2020 conference unless we are notified otherwise.


Events Exhibitors

I am a confirmed exhibitor for the 2020 conference. What action do I need to take?
No action is required on your part. Your exhibitor fees will be transferred over to the 2021 conference. You will receive an email confirming your exhibitor registration details.

When will I be able to select my booth for the 2021 conference?
We will contact the provided “booth contact” in the upcoming weeks to make your booth selection.
